Individual Therapy

What shifts within you

Individual therapy helps you understand your inner world and how it shapes the way you move through your life. This includes supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and systems that have not been built with you in mind.

You might struggle with persistent self-criticism, difficulty resting, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that repeat despite your insight. You understand yourself well, and still feel stuck in familiar cycles.

In our work, we pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, identity, attachment patterns, and nervous system.

We’re often tackling:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Self-criticism and perfectionism

  • Identity exploration

  • Attachment wounds and relationship patterns

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Together, we untangle the patterns that once protected you but no longer serve you. We help you build the ability to regulate your nervous system and respond with intention instead of reflex.

Over time, you may notice feeling more steady, trusting yourself more, and moving through your life with greater clarity and choice.

Understanding Your Patterns

We begin by noticing the patterns that shape your life, your thoughts, emotional responses, and nervous system reactions, so you can start to make sense of your experience.

Building Stability and Understanding

Together, we build tools to help you manage overwhelm while deepening your understanding of yourself so you’re not just coping, but actually making sense of what you’ve been through.

Living the Change

Over time, you’ll begin to respond with more clarity and intention instead of fear, feeling more steady, self-trusting, and able to make choices that reflect who you are.
