Ember Therapy Collective was inspired by fire as a powerful metaphor for the feelings before, during, and beyond engaging in therapy. I know how it feels to arrive for therapy, reduced to ember, in need of tending. There is endless potential in those glowing embers, and I work to meet clients where they are and create safety around your ember’s delicate glow.

I believe in blending holistic frameworks and evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities to explore where you’ve been. Healing begins when your story is heard and you feel understood. My practice is guided by the warmth that comes from real, authentic connection and seeing you as the expert of your unique experiences.

Ember is grounded in the recognition that each person is shaped by the world around them. My practice is through a systemic, person-in-environment lens informed by the wisdom of Feminist Theory, Anti-Racist Practice, and Intersectional Therapy.

I founded Ember to support those who’ve been made to feel misunderstood or out of place. It is my honor and passion connect with folks who have felt different and have been told their emotions are “too big,” or that their fire is “too bright.” I recognize the strength in sensitivity and human emotion, Those qualities are not flaws, but signs of life, sensitivity, and strength. My goal is strengthen trust and connection to your emotions emotions and reconnect to the strength that already exists within you.
