Do you accept my insurance?

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, Molina Healthcare, ASR, Blue Care Network, Michigan Medicare, and McLaren.

Your health insurance plan may cover all or a portion of services received. I do my best to verify your benefits prior to your first session, but we still encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits.

If out-of-network insurance is used, full payment is due at time of service. We can provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How long does it take for therapy to work?

Therapy is not a once-size-fits-all model. Our therapists adjust to each person’s needs, goals and symptoms and will evaluate your progress and treatment goals throughout therapy. The length of time in treatment will depend on your motivation, the therapist’s theoretical orientation, and improvement in symptoms. We will also provide community resources and alternate treatment modalities to complement the work you will do with your therapist.
