Your ember becomes a bright, fierce flame

Ember Therapy Collective is all about finding your inner fire again.

Our inner flame can dim throughout our lives. Therapy provides warmth, safety, and space to breathe so you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been ignored, quieted, or overwhelmed.

When you feel understood, supported, and empowered to take up space as your full self, your ember becomes a steady, bright, powerful flame.

A Commitment to Inclusive, Identity-Affirming Care

My practice centers care for Queer and Trans communities, the communities I belong to and understand through lived experience. I also strive to create a therapeutic space where people of color feel supported, respected, and safe—while acknowledging that I do not hold the lived experience of being a person of color. My approach is grounded in listening deeply, honoring identity, and continually learning how to show up responsibly.

I integrate holistic frameworks with evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities to understand where you’ve been and what you carry. Healing begins when your story is witnessed without judgment.

My passion is supporting people who have been misunderstood, dismissed, or told their emotions are “too much.” Sensitivity isn’t a flaw—it's a source of strength and intuition.

My work is relational and systemic, informed by:
